CrushOn AI's new terms let creators sell images and videos, and drop the ban-everyone chargeback clause
CrushOn AI's terms of use dated September 22, 2026 let creators sell 'Paid Content', images, GIFs and videos that users unlock with Diamonds, the site's virtual credits. The same revision changed how CrushOn treats payment disputes. The July 2025 terms let it refuse every card and online account tied to a chargeback and ban the people behind them; the new ones say 'a genuine payment dispute alone does not justify an account-wide restriction'. The new text was not live yet when we read the page on the evening of September 22; we first saw it on September 27.

The terms, before and after
| Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
| Version | Last modified July 22, 2025 | Last modified September 22, 2026 |
| Creators | Users who upload characters to the Crushon Service can become Creators and receive rewards from other users. | Paid Content means digital content that a Creator is authorized to offer for paid access through a Diamond unlock on the Service, including still images, animated images (such as GIFs), videos |
| Refunds | We will not issue refunds of usage fees. | Usage fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law |
| Chargebacks | You agree that You will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card You used to pay fees on the Service, except in the case of fraud. | You must not submit fraudulent or abusive payment disputes or chargeback requests; nothing in these TOU prevents You from raising a genuine dispute |
| After a chargeback | refuse to honor pending and future transactions or entries made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made | a genuine payment dispute alone does not justify an account-wide restriction or loss of unrelated purchased access |
What happened
Under the new terms, 'Crushon provides the unlock service to You and is responsible for charging Your Diamond balance and handling related support and refunds; the Creator supplies and licenses the underlying content.' Creators earn from tips and unlocks on a 'revenue share (which may differ between Creators, including by tier, programme or content type)'. No percentage is published, and CrushOn promises 'at least 15 days' prior notice' before cutting it. Creators may have to complete 'identity, age and payee verification'. A buyer whose unlock fails is promised that 'we will restore compliant access or provide an appropriate refund or re-credit for the affected transaction', and a creator 'must not defeat previously purchased access merely by delisting the content.'
Diamonds are not new: CrushOn already sold them for tipping, and its Diamonds page says 'The diamonds you give away will become the creator's income.' The terms hedge on whether unlocks work yet: Paid Content applies 'only to the extent the relevant format and paid-access functionality are supported by the Service at the time of the unlock'. We did not see an unlock screen while logged out.
The site's 2257 statement, 'Last Updated: Feb 8, 2025', was not revised with the terms. It still says 'The content created from this website contains only text generated based on AI and does not contain images or videos', which the Paid Content terms now contradict, as did the statement's own mention of 'AI-generated images'. The new terms do not require Paid Content to be AI-generated. It must follow the terms and Community Guidelines, 'including the restrictions on sexual content, content involving minors, infringement and non-consensual depictions of real people.'
On refunds the change is narrower than it looks: usage fees are still non-refundable, now with an exception for what the Refund Policy or the law requires. And for fraud, payment abuse or a security risk, CrushOn can still 'decline pending or future transactions using the affected payment method'.
