HeraHaven: what it costs, what's free, and what it allows

HeraHaven Pro costs $19.95 a month, or $79.80 for a year paid upfront ($6.65 a month), on herahaven.ai; there is no app-store version. HeraHaven shows its prices only after you sign up, so these figures come from the price list in the site's own code. Signing up is free, but the same code stops an account without Pro after 28 messages.

What we checked: 12 pages on herahaven.ai, with the prices re-read from a US connection on 2026-10-03. Everything was read logged out and nothing was bought. We kept 33 quotes word for word (the receipts at the bottom).

What we found

• The plan page and the Luna shop both send you to the sign-up form when you are logged out, and no public page names a price. The price list sits in the script every visitor's browser downloads, and it is the list the plan page prints after sign-in. It is unchanged from our July check.
• The annual plan carries a 'Save 70%' badge. Twelve months at $19.95 come to $239.40, so $79.80 is 67% off. The whole $79.80 is charged at once, and the annual plan is the one selected when the page opens.
• Videos use up Luna fastest. Turning a picture into a video costs 200 Luna, against 7 for a picture and 1 for a voice message, so the 500 Luna that come with Pro each month cover two videos. The smallest top-up, 200 Luna for $10.95, pays for exactly one more. In the largest pack, 3,600 Luna for $99.95, a video works out at $5.55.
• HeraHaven has two discount links built into its site. Adding ?discountCode=FORGOT to the address puts up a '25% off' banner and ?discountCode=RECOVER a '50% off' one, even when logged out. In the code they price Pro at $14.95 or $9.95 a month and $59.40 or $47.40 a year. The 'Offer ends in' clock is not a sale deadline: it starts at 12 minutes 14 seconds when the link is opened. We did not buy, so we cannot say whether checkout honours the code for every account.

What you get free

• Signing up is free. No public page says what a free account includes or where it stops.
• The site's code sets the limits. A visitor without an account is stopped after 7 messages. An account without Pro is stopped after 14 messages in one chat or 28 in total, and after 2 pictures in the generator. We did not sign up, so this is read from the code, not tested.
• Voice messages and videos are for Pro accounts only, per the same code. On the public generator page the option to make 4 pictures at once is marked PRO.
• The home page says there is no limit to the number of AI girlfriends you can create. It does not mention that each new character costs Luna.

What Luna costs and what it buys

Read from the code of the Buy Luna page, which is behind sign-in. The Luna button sends accounts without Pro to the subscribe popup, so top-ups look to be for subscribers only. Luna spent on a video that fails to generate is given back. No page says whether unused Luna carry over to the next month.

Renewal, refunds, cancelling and deleting your account

• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The terms name no prices; they say the amount of each charge is shown before purchase.
• Renewal: If HeraHaven raises its subscription price, the terms promise at least 30 days' notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Renewal: If a payment fails, HeraHaven can downgrade the account or suspend access until it is paid.
• Renewal: The plan page's code shows Visa and Mastercard, plus a 'Pay with crypto' button that appears only while the annual plan is selected. Charges appear on your statement as herahelp.com.
• Refunds: All charges are final. Subscription fees, renewals, Luna packages and crypto payments are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund.
• Refunds: Cancelling gives no pro-rata refund or credit for the current billing period.
• Refunds: The terms say a shutdown of the service does not entitle you to a refund either.
• Refunds: The terms for EEA users add a right to close the account and withdraw from the terms within 14 days by email. They do not say what is paid back.
• Cancelling: Cancel in your account settings. If you cannot, email [email protected] with your account information.
• Cancelling: The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Cancelling: The Settings page's code shows a 'Cancel Subscription' button under 'Cancel Plan'. After cancelling it shows the end date, 'You will not be charged again.' and a 'Stop Cancellation' button.
